Four flights of stairs without a lift!!! Check-in process is inflexible and inconvenient, leading to unnecessary complications!!! Misleading room descriptions create disappointment upon arrival!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Della Vittoria. The location is ideal, just a ten-minute walk to both the beach and the city center along a beautiful, tree-lined avenue. My room, the Economy Double Room, was clean and spacious, equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, which kept the temperature comfortable. Breakfast served in the room was a highlight. It included a good variety of options, such as fresh fruit, pastries, and coffee. The friendly staff member at reception was very helpful when I needed assistance. there were some issues. The check-in process felt very automated and inflexible, using a Totem that made it inconvenient, especially for early arrivals with bags. The absence of a lift was also challenging, requiring several flights of stairs to reach my room, not ideal for those with mobility issues. Parking arrangements were complicated, as guests need to pay at a municipal machine that only accepts coins.

Loved the location! Walkable to both the beach and city center, it was super convenient. The room was clean and spacious with AC. Just beware of the no-lift situation! 🥵

my stay was really enjoyable, as it was only a ten-minute walk along a beautiful tree-lined avenue to both the beach and the town center, giving me ample opportunity to explore the local landmarks such as the roman amphitheatre and the palazzo delle poste while savoring the lovely views.

Great location and room with AC. Wi-Fi was reliable, but heavy stairs to climb.

The staff was really accommodating. They even moved us to a more spacious room with no fuss. Not to mention the cozy breakfast in the room, it felt quite personal!

I had a good experience, especially with the cozy breakfast served right in my room! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the bus stop, made it easy for me to explore the area.
